Deposit
For all orders, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit due one week before the party date. Cancellations and changes must be made at least 7 days before the pick-up date. Any payment made on the order is non-refundable and non-transferable. If canceled at least 7 days before the pickup date and time, we can transfer the payment to another order or issue you a refund.

Refund & Exchanges
Please be aware that our custom products are handcrafted and, as a result, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges once an order has been accepted. Once the cake leaves our shop, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur. It's important to remember that cakes are delicate and mishandling can lead to cracks, smudges, or melted frosting. When you pick up your order, you will receive instructions on how to safely carry, transport, and store your cake.
We will provide a refund in the following scenario:
1. If the cake flavor is incorrect as per your request (e.g. you asked for chocolate but we made vanilla), a full refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
2. If the cake design does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a refund. However, please note that if a refund is provided, you cannot keep the cake. There will not be a partial refund if you choose to keep the cake.
3. If an order is canceled at least 7 days in advance from the pick-up date, we can issue a refund in the original form of payment. No refund will be given for orders canceled less than 7 days from the due date.

Cancellation/Exchanges
Changes and cancellations to orders are allowed up to 7 days before the pick-up date. No changes can be made after this time, and no refunds will be given for any payments made, regardless of the amount. If an order is canceled at least 7 days in advance, we can transfer the payment to another order or issue a refund. No other refunds will be given under any circumstances. If an order is canceled with less notice, the full amount will be required.
Guarantee / Disclaimer
Please note that every order is hand-made, and decorative finishes are applied by hand, thus being subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators. While you can provide us with a photograph for inspiration and replication, we do not guarantee an exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.
